Your idea

Development / Design

Our state-of-the-art R&D department is staffed with over twenty experienced technical experts specializing in rotational moulding. We guide you through every stage of development, starting with a thorough design verification process and conducting detailed feasibility studies to ensure your project meets its goals.

Mould
manufacturing​

At ROTO, we specialize in producing molds tailored for rotomoulding using three technologies:

  • Sheet Metal Moulds: Ideal for simpler designs, offering durability and precision.
  • Cast Aluminium Moulds: Perfect for more complex shapes, providing excellent thermal conductivity.
  • Milled Aluminium Moulds: Crafted from solid blocks, allowing for intricate designs and high-quality finishes.

In our workshop, we take customization seriously. We prepare mould surfaces according to your specific requirements, offering surface finishes such as sandblasting or polishing to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional properties.

Sample production​

Once the moulds are prepared, we proceed to sample production. This crucial step allows us to create initial products that closely adhere to your specifications. We conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify that the product meets all technical and quality requirements, working closely with you to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

At this stage, we also begin training our workers on the technical requirements to ensure a smooth transition to full-scale production. Necessary adjustments based on sampling/testing results are made to facilitate this transition before serial production.

Serial production​

Our streamlined serial production process is designed for efficiency and scalability. We utilize the latest technologies and best practices to ensure that each product meets our high standards of quality. Our flexible production capabilities allow us to adapt to your changing needs, whether you require small or large quantities.

Quality control

Quality assurance is integral to our operations. Every product undergoes rigorous quality control processes to ensure it meets the highest standards. We utilize a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within our company to provide traceability throughout the production process, ensuring every step is documented and monitored for quality and compliance.

  • Dimensional Control: Comprehensive checks on critical dimensions and characteristics, with detailed reporting for accuracy.
