Robot moulding
Robotmolding: Efficiency and Sustainability for High-Volume Production
For large-scale production, we recommend our cutting-edge Robotmolding process. This innovative method significantly reduces cycle times, minimizes scrap rates, and lowers the environmental footprint.
By utilizing a direct heating process powered by electricity, Robotmolding efficiently heats the molds, boosting overall energy efficiency and productivity. We can also customize the material to your exact specifications, offering options for bio-based, biodegradable, or recycled materials, all in your desired color.
Ideal for high-volume runs, Robotmolding offers a sustainable and cost-effective solution for delivering high-quality products with unmatched speed and consistency.

Quality and durability

The choice of material is essential.
These materials cover a wide range of uses, from everyday products to specialized industrial applications.
LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)
A flexible plastic used for everyday items like plastic bags and packaging. It’s lightweight and resists moisture.
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)
Strong and durable, used in products like water pipes and bottles. It’s great for items that need impact resistance.
XPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)
A foam material known for cushioning and insulation. Commonly used in automotive and packaging industries.
PP (Polypropylene)
A versatile plastic, used in everything from car parts to food containers. It’s tough and resists chemicals and heat.
PA6 (Polyamide 6, or Nylon 6)
Known for strength and durability, perfect for gears and mechanical parts that face wear and tear.
PA12 (Polyamide 12)
More flexible than PA6, with great chemical resistance. Used in things like tubing and electronic components.
POM (Polyoxymethylene, or Acetal)
A hard, low-friction plastic that’s excellent for precision parts like gears and fasteners.

In the MES system, we record data in the background.
All workstations are digitalized, allowing for easy reporting of completed tasks. The extensive amount of data collected is used for managing and improving business processes and supporting business decision-making. This also provides accurate data for detailed analyses, which are essential for regular operational meetings and assist in the company’s strategic decisions.
The system enables the entry of documents necessary for individual items, ensuring that documents are always updated and accessible in digital form on all MES terminals. This allows for the possibility of an automated payment system based on productivity, serving as motivation for employees.
For each product, we input parameters determined by precise measurements while considering specified tolerances. Each product receives a printed label with a serial number, which serves as a tracking mechanism.

We guarantee quality and durability.
All products are tested according to customers specifications and demands. All tests are defined at the beginning already together with the customer.
Our basic internal tests include:
– Presure tests for tanks: 0,3 bar for 2 h
– Presure tests for pipes: 24 bars for 5 h
– Dimensional tests
– Volume tests
– Weight tests
Documentations is based on our quality check list for products. Each product get ist own batch number. This number enables us traceability and following the full history of the product.
Therefore we can ensure full support for the customer and our employees.
